Make Mouseclicks work through Buff/Debuff Icons, same as Life/Mana Orbs

If you left-click to move or right-click on e.g. your health orb, whatever you have assigned to that button will execute.

If you left-click to move or right-click while hovering a buff or debuff icon, nothing happens.

Make it so skills work normally through hovers, like most everywhere else on the screen.


Edit: also other things as well, like enemy life bars. It seems arbitrary which things do and don't work. For e.g. right-clicking a skill on a Chest activates the skill, rather than doing nothing.
