Crash on entering Labyrinth

Game crashes every time I try to enter the labyrinth. 5 attempts for Eternal lab, 3 attempts for Merciless.

You'll likely get better help checking Technical Support. Game crash can a dozen different things without more info and there's not enough information to know where to start. Could be network disconnect, third-party software, hardware issues, corrupted files, or anything else.

I'd suggest making a new post over there and include more information. Straight to desktop, back to login screen, error messages in log file, etc.
