Defeated betrayal members disappeard after returning from h/o

Finished 3rd betrayal encounter(transportation) in t16 map. After defeating the members I went to hideout for a trade instead of interrogating them.
After going back into the map, the betrayal NPCs were missing. Even in map quest log there is no information about the progress of Juns mission.

i just entered a research facility where no members showed up. i killed everything in the area...i couldn't even portal out, i had to go back to the entrance.
