About Assassin's Mark and Map mod ' reduced effect of curses on Monster '

It seems that the map's mod "Reduced effect of curses on Monster" Prevent Assassin's Mark from giving the power charge on kill and the power charge on hit.

In a map with 94% reduced effect of curses on monster, I barely managed to get two times, 1 single power charge. Im Usually full charges all map long... I think that the mod may be the cause.
