latency issue

I'm also having problems with high latency on all EU servers. The ping is jumping from 50-10000k+, it's pretty much unplayable. I did the winMTR test and it seems like the problem isn't with my ISP but further down. Would appreciate some response from GGG, are they doing anything about it?
