Can't move after interactions or opening menus

Hi all,

Since a couple of days I am having the same reoccurring issue where when I interact with a portal, stash waypoints etc my character can no longer move, attack or interact with other objects. Relogging helps but only for a map if that.

Anyone who might have an idea (currently an issue with my Necropolis character)
