Harvest t4 beast unkillable

I was fighting the yellow t4 beast namharim and he disappeared, I think to do his attack where he lunges out at you and disappears, but then the 2nd phase started where adds spawn but he was no where to be seen and the phase never ended forcing me to abandon the map.

bumping this for the same problem, also Namharim. I have a video. he keeps spitting out monsters like when he's doing the "up in the air" phase, but he's not actually on your screen and it's never ending. this is actually different from some other "bugs" with it. other times the t4 will just take forever to phase until you basically afk and run away and let it do the same phase multiple times, annoying.

as you can see, or not, he's not even on the screen. just perma spits out monsters and you have to leave map.
