More older abilities should get more MTXs (and more variety)

Lots of more "outdated" or just old abilities have very few MTX. With transfigured gems making them more used and whatnot I hope that we can see some nice MTX for those abilities. Tornado for example, or holy relic. They have 1 mtx and both are pretty old/whatever. Would be nice to see older abilities get some recurring theme mtx (cosmic and other stuff)
