No eater altars will spawn with ambush scarab or containment

i have done 5 maps in a row now with the scarab on and the altars wont spawn even with the increased chance atlas passive. but i get many altars without that particular scarab.

Yes, hope this will be fixed in 3.25. So much potential loot is lost because of this weird bug.

" It's not a bug. You need to kill mobs that are naturally spawned and mobs inside the strongboxes are not considered naturally spawned. If you add other content like Ritual (the mobs that spawn at the Ritual, not during the Ritual), Shrines packs with atlas passives, some of the allflames, and I forgot what else.. killing any of those mobs spawns the orbs needed for Eater/Exarch influence to spawn packs to potentially get the altars. That's why I stopped using the containment scarab and just did the influence and stacked a bunch of extra strongboxes. Clear the map with all the altars, then backtrack for the strongboxes. |
