Everyone needs to read the patch notes. At the bottom it said that steam is doing maintenance and the patch isn't ready yet

Uninstalled from Steam and re-installed and was able to patch with the standalone client.

Why they Start a Patch if steam is in Maintenance???

Honestly though, if they knew about it why wouldn't they hold off on implementing the patch until Steam was ready to go? WTF dudes.
