All Strongboxes in instance claim to have mobs remaining

Doing a t17 Ziggurat map with ambush map craft, 2x ambush scarabs, ambush of potency and horned of nemeses, every single strongbox in the instance reports 'locked' and never released its loot as if there were still mobs remaining, I have killed all mobs in the instance.

Issue is with Searing Exarch altar or the map mod. Roll over the mod until GGG fixes it for this strat.
