Crashes after leaving PoE client running in the background (alt-tab) for a longer time

Path of Exile client is crashing each and every time after you leave it running in the background for a longer (30 min+) time.

Game is still crashing in 3.24.2 when left unattended in the background (alt-tab), for a longer time.

After doing some experimentation - the game client does crash when left unattended in the background (alt-tab) for a longer time (30-40 minutes or longer) on Directx 12 and Vulkan, but NOT on Directx 11.

Still not fixed.
Doesn't crash on DX11, does crash on Vulkan and DX12 when the client is left running in the background (after alt-tab to desktop) for more than 40 minutes After that time when you try to alt-tab back into the client - PoE crashes. Last edited by kentrylix#3006 on May 22, 2024, 10:04:11 AM
