LVL 93, I have 4 void stones, all 132 atlas points, fought eater 3 times maven 3 times now farming boss items myself. Have yet to see a single Seer in the devoted mods. WTF is the deal? From what i can tell is it's mostly ass anyway. But its pretty shitty to be playing this long and still not even seen one. Same thing happened in ultimatum. I never saw a single boss encounter that league. the RNG is super fucked.

I actually like that some encounters are so rare that you'll probably never see them. Makes it so much special if you do. That said, the Nameless Seer is as special as a roll of toilet paper.
Just buy a bunch of those Reliquary Scarabs, and you can spawn him whenever you want. Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
