The latest patch won't finish downloading

I have no idea why the lastest patch (whatever came after v. 3.24.1) won't finish downloading.
(I'm using Windows 7, if that makes a difference.) Last bumped on Apr 24, 2024, 5:14:14 AM

So ... there were a few days where I could play PoE without patch issues, but now the problem has returned. Only about half the patch is downloading before the whole process stops.
