Enery Shield recovery Bug

Second Map where this happens. At the start of a map, all is fine, but suddenly my energy shield won´t recover. Vaal Discipline also does not help.

"Player gains -6000 to evasion rating" + Ghost Dance on your skill tree = cannot recover ES above evasion rating.
