why role does not exist?

I want use POB looking for my role. But always cannot be found, it keeps showing that the character does not exist.

MY Edit privacy settings is deselect both.

It always says character cannot be found.

why?

Path of Building is a third-party application. You need to get support from them as GGG does not support it.

I just tested with your account and can see your Necropolis character just fine and import the passives/gear, so something on your end most likely.
