Brutal charge tearing

So I recently started playing around with Brutal charges and flicker strike and I've noticed that the brutal charges texture is tearing during the attack.

The problem is more noticeable the more charges you have. I tested a bit with 6 brutal charges and it barely happens, but when it does its quite small.

The catch is that the more charges, the worse it gets.

At 12 brutal charges the game becomes almost unplayable. There are just too many and big tears on the screen and they happen all the time. Also tested in multiple zones and the problem persists.

My GPU is not the best (GeForce 1050 TI), but this is my first time having this type of problem.

I've tried changing graphic settings around and nothing helped.
