Making T17 not only the best for juicing, but the also the place to farm uber fragments is bad

What this did is removed the one thing HH bow builds were not good at (bossing) and placed it right there with what they want a map more juiced than 8 mod Crimson temple.
This is making both invitation runners and map juicers competing for one and the same rare map drops (and yes, they are much rarer than the previous guardian map drops).
This is a double hit for the bossers and double benefit for the juicers and it shifting the economy hard:

The T17 being much rarer than the previous Guardian maps is one hit for the bossers, it is not the only one though;

Having to compete with the juicers for STRICTLY THE BEST thing to farm is the other thing.

I honestly do not know why they did that and if this is the effect of how the T17 were released and the changes they are trying to make, but if this does not change, I am not really sure why the meta was shifted far more towards the BY FAR the most profitable straty - put a HH and run high quant maps with cast on death portal, but I do not get it.
