beastcraft hinekora lock a magic item not appearing

bought a black morrigan and craicic chimeral but the hinekora beastcraft doesn't show up, in beastiary says i haven't caught a craicic chimeral. Can confirm it's still happening. Bought 12 Craicic Chimeral & 12 Morrigans and the craft doesn't appear. Other crafts involving the morrigans and the craicic chimeral (imprint) does appear.
