Frost blades of katabasis does not go over certain terrain

As other cold dot area skills does not get blocked by terrain it would be nice if katabasis did not either. It makes the skill very inconsistent.

The damage increase was nice! But this inconsistency feels bad to play with. And some maps like lava chamber becomes a nightmare, due to the amount of small derbies, shin high ledges and prison bars. Which monsters have no problem attack through > .<
