Call to arms not activating

I cant activate call to arms, even though I have the stats for it. It worked with my warcry skills earlier but now it doesn't activate, is this a bug or is there something I'm missing

Make sure the CTA is linked to a warcry skill and CTA is activated. And double check you didn't accidentally socket multiple copies of CTA and maybe your skill bar has the wrong CTA on it.

If that doesn't help, I'd recommend unhiding your profile and if possible, show a video of what you're trying to do and what you're experiencing.
