Syndicate research encounter won't trigger
 Never seen this before, just entered a syndicate research encounter with no guy in it. The remaining evidence bar didn't show up either, I just ran towards the encounter as I usually do and no guy was guarding the evidence full cleared the research encounter afterwards just to try and nothing happened lol did a transportation encounter earlier + interrogated all the guys should be a guy in here but theres no guy, havent encountered this ever before lol any ideas? new bug or im stupid? bug report number 1 908 474 354 Last bumped on Apr 12, 2024, 7:29:22 AM

just went out of the research encounter, made intervention spawn and killed em, then they retreated to their safehouse? intelligence was 98% and not 100% and didnt get further intelligence from intervention (and didnt kill map boss, no research guy in prison) so no idea why, just got 100 intelligence on research afterwards somehow and game didnt recognize it until after
