PoE shutdown my monitors after few minutes of playing

This problem only started yesterday, nothing has changed on my PC recently, PoE worked perfectly fine until then, i'm doing nothing more than the previous week in game (farming t16 maps/sirus/elder/shaper/maven/searing/eater), now, i can't even finish one map without my monitors goes black, without other options than restart my PC..

PC Specs:
CPU : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1620 v3 @ 3.50 GHz
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
Storage : Samsung SSD 850 EVO 500GB
RAM : SK hynix 16Go DDR4 2133 MHz
MOBO : LENOVO 102F
PSU : LENOVO 54Y8909 490W
Monitors : 2xDELL P2411H

Playing on Steam, what i've test from now :
- Verifying game cache
- Update my drivers
- Tried to switch on Vulkan and DX11 (was on DX12)
- I play with all configs on low, 60 fps so i tried to lower it to 30 fps, it still shut my monitors randomly, few minutes after game is launched (even if i just stay in menu, without enter the game)
- Running the game without any other apps (I usually always have a mobile game running and a stream next to it while playing PoE, without any problems)
- Reinstalling PoE
- Playing without filter or Awakened PoE Trade
- Playing in FullScreen and not Windowed FullScreen
- Turning all my fans at maximum capacity (CGU & CPU), watching temps while playing, while this still occur, GPU is around 40°C, CPU around 70°C, as always

This problem only occurs while launching PoE, tested many others games (Warframe, WoW, Diablo III & IV, even tried to launch Warframe & Diablo IV for stressing my computer, didn't get much effect, my computer never crashed once before PoE, and continue to function normally without it.

Very frustrating, while i was playing with a friend all the way to T17 maps, and we can't even continue now, bc suddenly this problem occurs..

Do you hear sounds in the background when your monitor turns black or is it a complete PC crash? because it might be just a GPU driver crash but windows fail to recover from crash so it stays black, you could try to reinstall a new GPU driver and test again if that's the case.

I have the same problem, and I'm posting new information since April 11th in my topic, none has ever replayed yet, at least I'm not alone now. Maybe if we join our problem, someone will appear.

Unrelated, but I had this somewhat similar issue while playing WoW, when my monitors would turn off and then back on. It didn't crash and I didn't have to reboot, but I fixed my issue by turning off GSYNC in the NVIDIA control panel. Maybe this might be a similar issue.
