Boss stuck in Bramble Valley Map unable to perform any action

Hey,

As per title, one of the bosses (Elida Blisterclaw) remains in place for the whole boss fight, unable to perform any action. I have run this map twice, with the same outcome each time. I am running Destructive Play. One of the other two initial bosses started the encounter (I think Orvi Acidbeak as that is where Maven spawned the extra bosses).

You can see the loot drops from Elida Blisterclaw as my totems killed them before I could take a screenshot.
