Heist div card duplication mod does nothing now

Heist treasure chests with div card rewards drop stacked decks instead. The mod on brooches that duplicates div cards now does nothing, except for a corner case with the trinket mod "chance to drop an extra div card". I think that mod needs to be disabled.

Seriously? I thought it should affect stacked decks drop too. Glad I didn't wasted another 5k+ alts and half day of my life rolling them as I did for currency duplication + quantity charms.
