Inextricable Fate - Frozen Enemies don't count as stationary
So I always love the flavour of these boots, Inextricable Fate. The concept & flavour sound fantastic, especially if at a later time we are able to apply vines to enemies from different sources.
Not to mention the synergy of using them in conjunction with Nature's Patience (presuming it actually works correctly, please confirm) to reduce player damage taken & deal double damage. Presently however, the boots have had a long outstanding bug since their release. Frozen Enemies DO NOT count as being stationary, for whatever reasoning. A literal popsicle stick that is not in motion, does not count as stationary, for the primary function of making these boots even begin to work. Most mob enemies are perpetually in motion, or dead. The only exception being certain bosses. Player's are not using these boots to fight bosses in their current state, as they would in no way be a reliable source of poison application. If in fact this is not a bug for some reason and you do not desire for frozen enemies to count as being "stationary", then these boots need significantly better ways to apply vines to enemies. Please verify internally if you wish frozen enemies to properly count as "stationary", or rework the method in which the boots are applying vines to begin with.
