Itemized Temple from Incursion Scarab of Timelines not respecting Itemlevel

Running Incursion in a level 80 map dropped an itemized temple, so I decided to run it.

The monster and item levels are level 36. Surely this can't be right.



Hahaha never seen an ilvl 38 Atziri flask before. It requires level 68 to use! Imagine the game giving you an item you have to wait 30 levels to use lmao.
