Game crashes with other players in area

Hello guys,

I have an issue since last league (3.23) that causes my Game to crash in areas with other players in it. This includes joining other players hideouts for trading, basicly all act 1-10 cities and even my own hideout in some cases if another player is there before i am. I have no idea what causes this and i feel out of options right now. After i crash there is round about a 70% chance that i crash again either in entering the initial loginscreen or the loadingscreen after choosing my character. Last one could just be the normal crash since i automaticly join a city but the crash on startup cant be that and this riddles me the most. the game never crashes on startup if i closed the game normaly and the (normal) Game crashes appear only on loadingscreens and never while playing.

Im using the Steam version of PoE

What i tried:

- reinstalling the game including the deletion of all PoE related files on both of my SSDs

- using all rendering options (DirectX12 had the least crashes but this might be coincidence)

- turning of my anti virus programm since it gave me a crash related message

- changing all settings up and down

- reinstalling most recent Drivers (all were up to Date before aswell)

None of the above worked at all. only the renderer changes had a impact. but since i used DX12 the entire time, the changes made it worse so i got back to DX12

My PC specs:

CPU: Intel i7-13700K 3.40 GHz

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080

RAM: 64GB DDR5

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit

On this PC i can run every game i ever played on max settings easily so i cant imagine it being a hardware issue and PoE runs at 170 FPS (caped) without any spikes. my CPU usage never exceedes 25%

I am not really familiar with logs but when looking into the PoE log, i couldnt find what couldve caused the crashes. Just that it happened.

I hope you can help me, since im at the end of my ideas and the crashes are very very frequent. On a day with many trading it, it can happen up to 50 times easily.

Im currently suspecting some kind of MTX or other Gameobject to cause the issue or a shader not working but when another player joins my Instance i never crash so idk...

Update: have deleted the steam version + all files related and installed the standalone version of the game and tried out a ton of things other players in the forums suggested including troubleshooting windows 10 without success. Problem is the same and i dont expect it to get better...
