Nameless seer + Horned scarab of pandemonium bug

Hi, i'm suspecting the Nameless seer + Horned scarab of pandemonium to have a bugged interaction,

I'm using this scarab every map and it's the second time i have "final pack spawn the nameless seer" from the league mechanics

The nameless seer didnt spawn both times with 0 monsters left on the map and no mechanics to do (cassia etc)

Wow! It all makes sense now. Like you OP, I’ve had the see mod TWICE all league and both times he hasn’t spawned…
Clearing the map to 0, no side areas, collecting every single corpse. There was literally nothing else left in the map that was interactable…

Left a pretty sour taste in my mouth.

Feedback from GGG that this issue is known and being looked at would be awesome!!!
