Flame Golem of Meteor - Skill incorrectly uses "ground targeting" rules

So I am playing with Flame Golem of the Meteor and attempting a full burning minion build with ignite and infernal legion support.

When attempting to summon a Meteor flame golem the ability will get stuck on cliffs & terrain.

If the player attempts to summon the golem at a height above or bellow themselves over a cliff barrier the golem will be spawned at the wall instead of the targeted location. Also if the player attempts to summon a meteor golem where pathing is blocked but line of sight for normal ranged casting is not, the golem will still target the terrain blocking the pathway.

This causes many issues throughout the game and especially endgame maps where there are a lot of changes in terrain height / winding pathways. It can also get stuck on arbitrary objects such as rocks of various sizes or decorations not even meant to impede the players aim.

An extreme example of the broken functionality would be in Pillars of Arun, where players literally become unable to cast the skill outside of their own platform.

In conclusion, please fix and update Flame Golem of Meteor to use proper location targeted casting similar to Raise Zombie of Falling.
