my Necropolis league hierophant character with a pair of forbidden flame/flesh jewel which allocates instrument of zeal, when the IOZ triggered, the unique helmet "kitava's thirst" can not trigger any skill(tested arc & shock nova). dont know if it is a bug.

Mana cost probably becomes less than 100 with Fanaticism.

" Going by the character i don't think they would be hitting 100 mana cost even without the reduction. FYI the helmet requires that you spend 100 mana on that one cast Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

Funny thing is, in my case, frostbolts were triggerred before this latest "hotfix". Less than 12 hours ago, using a nova skill in a 6L, frostbolts were triggerred from the Kitava's Thirst.
Is today's hotfix the culprit? Was going to try and get to T16 tomorrow - couldn't do so on my starter, as the weapon upgrade is more than 7D and don't have an e(m)pyc party that drops 32 mirrors in a single map! |

You changed supports in 6-L and the mana cost decreased;
or you levelled inspiration and the mana cost decreased; or you reserved more mana and the archmage support began to add less mana cost. |

If you are replying to my post, your suggestions make sense - except I didn't change one thing.
Logged off last night, everything was working - logged in, went to a map, died 2 3 times due to no frostbolts & curses triggering. Simples ... |
