Quest bug: The Undertaker's Apprentice

After taking the lamp i accidently clicked on the Mud and going back instantly. Now it seems that the game is ignoring, if i kill Haunted Packs at all. Cleared the Mud and the Tidal Island several times but the undertaker does not spawn to take me to the Nekropolis -.-

ANy advice....

btw: On my PS5 it worked quite well, so i know what to do in general to solve the first step of this Quest.

Solved. Just a couple of bad luck. A few Maps later it worked finally. Weard.....

How many maps did it take for yours to sort out?

I did exactly the same where I spoke to him for the first time, clicked to go through to The Mud Flats and realised my quest was on Tidal Island. I went back and cleared Tidal Island + 5 more zones but the quest still says to 'Slay the pack of monsters in this area that are Haunted'.

I am entering via the lantern icon, seeing haunted mobs, and am full-clearing the zones but no joy yet..
