Tattoo of the Tasalio Scout doesnt stack.

I have 5 Tattoo af the Tasalio Scout applied to my skill tree that should give me +20% curse effect modifier of my Snipers mark, but it gives only +4% total. As if it does not stack. Tattoo itself is not limited to 1 so it should stack.

Are you taking into account the -16% effect of marks from your Mark On Hit support gem?

Oh you are absolutly right. did not consider mark on hit penalty at all. How do I remove this post??
