Hexblast Occultist - question

Hello,
got some question about hexblast occultist - which variant is most tanky? I know this built is glass cannon anyway, but should i go Willclash + Dialla Malfection or Sandstorm + Restless Ward or any other? Depending on max possible survivability? Thanks for any advice!
