Name Profile Site Poe

Good afternoon, I would like to know if it is possible to change the nickname on my profile on the website, because I am going to start doing lives with friends and I would like to change my nickname to the same as the one on Twitch.

Switch from:

raphamendesn to albafica

the linked Twitch account with the account is personal only for watching lives, I would like to make one just for lives of the path of exile community.

I would really appreciate it.
