Cant Access Kirac Missions [Solved]

same dont have any kirak's mission for a long time

And here I thought I am going crazy not getting even one Kirac missions the entire week now. Glad to see that at least Im apparently not the only one having such troubles.
And now for something completely different..

I personally started the league, got to atlas, did a couple of maps, then did my first atlas mission, and I've done probably about 100 maps since then and I still have not received availability to see any more missions from Kirac.

I have same issue. No Kirac missions still. It should be a bug.
And for additional information, Two quests in Act 10 town, one from Lily Roth "Set sail from Oriath" still have yellow colored exclamation mark; although I already set sail from Oriath and arrived Epilogue Karui Shores, and completed more than 20 atlas maps. Yep, exactly the same here...done all xtra quests..still showing yellow quest markers and no Kirac missons
