[Resolved / Ignore] Level 20 gem + GCP recipe is not working for many gems

The lvl 20 gem + Gemcutter Prism recipe is not working for many gems. Instead of returning a lvl 1, 20 quality gem, it returns wisdom fragments:
 As far as I've tested (in SSF Necropolis & SSF Standard), this mostly (if not exclusively) affects gems with the tags "spell" and "AoE", while for example the recipe still works for attack or support gems which don't have those two tags. GGG changed the recipe to only work on Support Gems. It no longer works on Skill Gems.
