Trash reporting system at its finest

Imagine having a report system so flawed that you receive a chat ban for supposedly trading when the chat logs clearly show that I never asked to buy or sell any of my items? I haven't traded in a year because I prefer to solo find my items, but sure.. lets just issue out chat bans for no reason what so ever. absolute garbage system.

Thing is that you would have been reported, that report includes the message and the chat channel it was sent on, nothing outdated with that.
From there it sits in a list of tickets that whichever support staff logs in that days have to go through. This is not an automated system, and it's fairly effective (and not even close to flawed) but mistakes can happen which is why you can appeal them. Ancestral Bond.
