I just wanted to say how lame I think it is to make what has always been a good item to get early on and common enough that you can rely on getting it early. To just make a new uber type boss fight in order to get that same item is lame as hell.

Yoke of Suffering has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. Drops from Nightmare of the Unbreakable in Fortress Map.(tier 17) buffed but hard to get and who knows what 0.00002% chance to drop has :) We should not seek to use this power to change those around us, no...
