30 minute time-out for searching timeless jewels

Just now I was searching for timeless jewels that work for my build, which involves a lot of searches, and I was given a 30 minute time-out for exceeding my rate limit. I totally understand rate limiting when someone is searching too much, but in the past I've gotten short time-outs, and I take that as a warning that I'm searching too fast and slow down a bit. This time it went straight to a 30 minute time out, which I've never seen before. Did I do something else wrong to cause that? Is a 30 minute time-out normal now?

Hey there,
Receiving the rate limit exceeded error message typically means either yourself, or a third-party tool or browser extension, is sending too many requests to the Path of Exile website. In this case I would suggest disabling any browser extensions or tools which may be the cause and see if you continue to receive this error.
