Is poedb accurate with necropolis crafting?

I just made a pair of boots and i just wanted fire resist on them, so i made cold and lightning more scarce to 1714 weight, while the other things i wanted had over 15k (life regen/chaos res).
The boots came out with all 3 resistances, is it bad luck or something isn't calculated properly?
