Frenzy on Hit Not working with spells?

Hey guys, Just asking for some advice.

I want to gain frenzy charges via the Chest 10% chance to gain frenzy charges on Hit, but it doesnt work with Frost Blink Of Wintery Blast. but thats a spell with a hit as thats what its multiplier works on according to the wiki.

Is it only physical hits that work?

I Figured it out. I had Inner Conviction

No.
Works wit all hits.
But reading the Wiki it seems like the Hit Multiplikator only works for other sources than Frostblink.


Btw:
your gloves and helmet implicits cancel each other out.
Threats your cold hits as 10% higher than actual value are meant to be exploited by the 25% chance to treat enemies resistances as inverted node from the Elemental mastery.
Cold exposure scews this up.
