Call to Arms: Feature Request

Call to Arms feels amazing with Enduring Cry. It feels pretty awful with a lot of the other Warcry gems, especially Infernal Cry.

Request:
Make it so that Call to Arms will instant-cast a linked warcry if Call to Arms is turned off.

This way, we get instant-cast if gem turned off OR instant-cast + automation when it's turned on.

I really miss the old Call to Arms Keystone.
I would be willing to use up a gem slot for instant-use warcry.
