LOST stuff

Good morning,
I launched an EXPEDITION and after 5 minutes my bags were full of stuff. So I took a portal and couldn't go to my H/O and I was disconnected and couldn't get back. So I left the game and restarted without problem but I lost ALL the stuff I had in mno stash (between 11:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. Paris time) Would it be possible to recover it please? To clarify on Seaman's answer, I'm afraid that we're unable to restore items under any circumstances, for a variety of reasons. I understand that these situations can be very frustrating, especially if powerful items are lost.
