Dropped Voidstone, but did NOT receive Uber Elder Favoured Map slot after killing Uber Elder

After killing Uber Elder (Elder in the Shaper's Realm), I received the Decayed Voidstone drop. I did NOT however, receive the Kirac mission completion reward or the Favorite Map slot. No completion popup happened after the kill either.
