Atlas loadouts on console

Teasers for the 3.24 league show an Atlas loadout system is being introduced, but I can't seem to find it on console. Are there requirements that must be met to access it?

" You unlock the second atlas tree after 50 completed maps, and the third one after 100. Keep in mind those are different from the atlas passive points since you get extra passive points from Maven/Exarch/Eater quests. Assuming the console controls are the same as controller mode on PC (XBox layout): Once unlocked you can switch between your loadouts either at the map device by pressing LT/RT or on the atlas passive tree by pressing R3+Dpad-up |

No. It does not make sense that you ask for help for very end game thing but the priority is lvl up from character level 70 first.
