Chat channel suggestion : if full move that person to the chat channel -1 of it

So a lot of 6666 (minion) and 820 (rota/help) people end up in random channels and spamming a lot because the chat channel change and failure to join aren't really obvious so they assume it worked.

So if someone types to go to global 6666 instead of having it drop them somewhere random put them in 6665. Most likely a lot of minion players will end up there anyway so it'll still give them mostly the same experience as if they got into 6666.

I don't notice it much with other channels other than those two.
