Bama minion issue

Hello,
First time posting, so excuse me for not being fully knowledgeable.
I am having issues with minions not spawning( blink arrow(even drinks potions with mothers embrace), mirror arrow, raise spectre (eats a corpse no spawn), even AG(eats items and does not spawn). Tried testing few things out and it seems its only after visiting HO( so if i do 2 Blood aqueucts in a row it spawns everything properly) but if i do maps and come back to ho, two of my first summoned minions appear for a split second and instantly dissapear). It is very annoying and costed me currency and exp( if monsters are by portals and so on). Let me know if there is a way to fix it.

Edit: Found it was the Atziri's promise Flask causing this, not sure if I am an idiot or is it not the way it should interract with clones.
