Alternate Art Demigod Conversion/MTX still bugged // Nr. 2.675.048.395

still not working

I tried contacting GGG Support to see if they could just tell us that they are aware that these bugs still exist but they redirected me to the bug report Forum.
Could you guys maybe just give us a short „we are aware“ so we can take our minds off of trying to bring it to your attention?
Like when you instantly told us that you are aware of the Alternate Art Demigod Item Conversion Problem on 29th of March in your Live Updates.
I know there are still many other problems but i think you can tell by looking at the engagement in this and my other post on the 29th that quite some people care about those small last fixes.
