Achievement: New World Order, is impossible

Quite simply, with the removal of awakened sextants, the achievement New World Order, which requires using one, seems to be impossible to complete as far as I can tell.
I'm reporting this as a bug as it is my understanding that you don't want legacy achievements to exist, and have previously updated old ones when they turned impossible.
